Which systems and Office versions support the add-in?
Supported systems: Windows 10 and later.
Supported Office versions:  PowerPoint / Word 2016 and later.
Note: Users outside the supported systems and Office versions can try the Generate PowerPoint Visuals with AI option on the homepage for the same results as the add-in.
Is the add-in free to use?
All add-in features and assets are currently free for both members and non-members (limited-time offer).
Non-members may see watermarks on some premium assets.
Does the add-in work offline?
Yes, except AI features, which require an internet connection and login.
Is the add-in included in the EdrawMax Windows version installer?
Yes, downloading one installer gives you both the latest add-in and EdrawMax Windows version.
Why can’t I find “EdrawMax” in the PowerPoint / Word menu after installing it?
Follow these steps to check if the add-in is enabled:
Microsoft PowerPoint / Word 2016+: File -> Options -> Add-ins -> Go -> Ensure "EdrawMax Office Add-in" is checked.
Can I use the EdrawMax Windows version without the add-in?
You can disable the add-in in Office:
Microsoft PowerPoint / Word 2016+: File -> Options -> Add-ins -> Go -> Uncheck "EdrawMax Office Add-in" -> OK.
Can I use the add-in without the EdrawMax Windows version?
Yes, the add-in works independently in PowerPoint / Word. The EdrawMax Windows version is only required for advanced editing.
