About this template
Projects, especially large-scale ones, can be complex to manage as time passes. Since different exigencies may happen during the project, and the number of tasks can get confusing as days go by, it’s essential to start projects with a visual representation of what needs to be done.
That visual representation usually pertains to the work breakdown structure (or WBS). This handy diagram shows a hierarchical view of the project’s teams, tasks, and subtasks to be performed so that teams can easily view their priorities or to-do lists and create their task designations here.
The example above starts with the “Project Title” as level 1, followed by the team names as level 2. Then, you can see the task and subtask names on the lower levels.
This template is helpful because it’s easy to pinpoint hiccups whenever problems arise or to know who’s responsible for a specific goal.
