The Curse of the Black Pearl (Released in 2003)
1720 - The first movie unveils a unique world where pirates rule the sea. The story begins with Will Turner, who is rescued by Weatherby Swann after the ship he was sailing on, The Black Pearl, is destroyed. However, Turner manages to steal a piece of the ship’s gold.
1728 - Jack Sparrow reaches Port Royal, where he is arrested and thrown into jail. But at the same time, Hector Barbossa and the undead crew of The Black Pearl attack the port searching for their missing gold. They discover a part of it with Elizabeth Swann and kidnap her, triggering an alliance between Will and Jack, who set out to save her from Barbossa.
The next day - Jack and Will ambush Barbossa and his crew at Isla de Muerta and save Elizabeth. Will lifts the curse, bringing Barbossa back to life, only to be killed by Jack.
Dead Man’s Chest (Released in 2006)
1729 - Will is hired by Lord Cutler Beckett of the East India Company to find Jack’s compass that would lead him to the heart of Davy Jones. Meanwhile, Elizabeth escapes prison and convinces Jack to find Will. Their journey ultimately leads them to the Dead Man’s chest containing Davy Jones’ heart, where they are reunited with Will. However, Norrington manages to steal the heart and gives it to Beckett.
At World’s End (Released in 2007)
1729 - 1738 - Elizabeth and Will begin searching for Jack aboard the Black Pearl, which is now under Barbossa’s command. After finding Jack, Elizabeth is elected Pirate King, and she leads all pirate crews into battle against Beckett. In the end, Will kills Davy Jones, taking command of The Flying Dutchman, and Beckett is killed aboard Endeavour.
1739 - Elizabeth and Henry wait for Will’s return after his ‘duty’ aboard The Flying Dutchman is complete, but he refuses to leave his crew and returns to the ship.
1741 - Barbossa’s daughter, Carina, finds the map to Poseidon’s Trident.
1742 - Will’s son, Henry, drowns himself, only to be saved by his father and returned home.
On Stranger Tides (Released in 2011)
1746 - Blackbeard attacks The Black Pearl.
1750 - Jack has no option but to help Blackbeard find the Fountain of Youth. Meanwhile, Barbossa leads his crew to the fountain, which was actually destroyed by King Ferdinand of Spain.

1751 - Pirate hunter, Armando Salazar, escapes the Devil’s Triangle and starts hunting
