Personal template in EdrawMax
Creating a personal template in EdrawMax is a great way to save time and maintain consistency in your diagrams or designs. Here's a step-by-step guide for creating a unique personal template:
.Choose the type of document you want to create (e.g., flowchart, organizational chart, mind map, etc.). This choice will serve as the basis for your template.
.Create a New Document.
.Design Your Template.

.Customize the document with the elements, shapes, text, and styles you want to include in your template. This customization should reflect the design and content you wish to reuse in the future.
.Once your template is ready, click File in the top menu bar again and select Save As from the dropdown menu.
.Choose the Personal Template

.Choose to save the template locally or on the Cloud.
.Name your template and click OK.
.To use your template in the future, click on File and select New.
.In the New dialogue box, go to the Personal Templates
.You should see your saved template listed there. Select it, and a new document based on your template will open.

.Customize the new document as needed for your specific project.
.When you're finished with your project, save it separately from the template to preserve the original template for future use.
Following these steps, you can create a personal template in EdrawMax that suits your needs, saving time and ensuring consistency in your diagrams, charts, or designs, making your work more efficient and professional.
